The start of a long time dream of mine to connect my code to the real/physical world.

I build R/C boats and aircraft from scratch . I have been trying to get a foam cutting plotter and a small 3D mill for ages.
I'm talking mill is more like a 3D engraver to make small plastic parts.

so I started learning Arduino ( UNO )  .  It has been amazingly simple , as its is almost pure C like language.  8)

I mounted the UNO and the bread board and did the 'duino version of hello world. LOL

Thanks to Charrua over at NG forums , my NB app can talk with ( to and from) my UNO ! . ( USB  port COM4 )

so for fun i test the Google G-Code sender app , and holy hey it works too !

Still no update(s)

But I have been trading emails and passing code snips for bug hunting with the dev . I hope this means a update is soon .

i find im slowly getting the hang of blender.

Its not such a crazy interface it used to be, or at least it seems more reasonable now for me LOL .

i did have to install VS2010 SP1  and VS2012 to use the projects how i like.

I'll post some pics when i have something other than shots of the few examples they have .
